The preventative maintenance program is a schedule of regular check-ups to correct any potential breakdown, to clean any soiling and make minor adjustments required due to changing work habits. These corrections and adjustments prolong the usefulness, as well as the value of the furniture investment. Maintenance can occur as often as once monthly, quarterly, or every six months. Some workstations may not require any work; others may need several things done. It gives your facilities management the confidence that every station has a complete check-up on a regular basis. Pear team technicians provide repairs with factory replacement parts secured through the Account team.
