About Indirect Lighting
it doesn't sound like a big thing, but if you are concerned about energy costs and productivity, it is a really big thing. SMED's indirect lighting uses highly efficient compact fluorescent lamps. They can be hung from the ceiling or mounted on furniture. They provide comfortable and effective ambient lighting that doesn't create glare, oppressively over-light your space, break the acoustic seal of your ceiling, or require your HVAC system to work overtime to cool the ceiling plenum.
